Our Fees

• Letter to Relevant Authority- £50 + VAT
• One Hour Conference: Advice and Preparation Only – £300 + VAT

Representation at the Police Station in Custody

• Interview in custody or under caution – £900 + VAT

This includes:

1. Travel to and from the police station/interview venue as well as any disbursements (Within one hour travelling distance of our offices).
2. Attendance for the entirety of the interview including disclosure, consultation as well as representation for the interview itself.

Please note: If attendance is required at a venue requiring more than one hour travelling time in one direction, travel will be charged at the hourly rate of £100 + VAT.

• First Appearance + Exceptional Hardship/Special Reasons Hearing – £1800 + VAT
• Exceptional Hardship Hearing Only – £900 + VAT
• Special Reasons Hearing Only – £900 + VAT

First Hearing: Guilty Plea and Mitigation – £900 + VAT

• Not Guilty Plea and Trial – £2,400 + VAT
• Any Additional hearing – £900 + VAT

(Including Case Management Hearing and Sentencing after Trial)
